Soul Resonance - Terms of Service

1. Overview of Service

The App is a free-to-play puzzle game that includes the following features:

• Gameplay
• High score ranking system
• Advertising
• In-app purchases (ad removal)

2. Terms of Use

• The App is intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
• No account registration is required to use the App.
• Submitting scores to the high score ranking is optional.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Submitting fraudulent data to the high score ranking
• Interfering with other users' ability to use the App
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or public decency

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to software, graphics, music, and text, is the property of NullPo Works / Veriquest or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Advertising

The App uses third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) to display advertisements. For information about how advertising-related data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Advertisements can be removed through an in-app purchase.

6. In-App Purchases

• The App offers an ad removal one-time purchase product.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment systems.
• Refunds after purchase completion are subject to the respective store's refund policy. We do not process refunds independently.
• Purchased products are valid only on the account (device) where they were purchased.
• Parental consent is required for purchases by minors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
• The App may not function properly depending on network conditions or device status.
• High score ranking data may be deleted without prior notice.

8. Changes to and Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted within the App or on our website.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
